Good filtration is fundamental to microNMR. Fortunately, many good HPLC options already exist and these parts can be used directly. We start with a good 2um bottom-of-the bottle (aka 'lastdrop') to protect DMSO, D2O or CDCL3 supply lines. In-line filters in key feed and transferr lines provide an additional measure of protection for the CapNMR probe.
Samples should be pre-filtered using one of our Point-of-Use filter solutions, although samples coming from purification using HPLC or LC-MS can be run directly if capped or foil sealed promptly. Injection inlet filters can also be used with our Active Reverse Rinse protocol.
